CERTIFICATION
Every recruiter with Pathfinders has earned the professional certification designation.  All new recruiters receive comprehensive training and, upon completion of an intensive study program, are required to obtain certification.  The Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation is earned by passing a comprehensive examination covering federal laws and regulations governing human resource practices.  Continuing education is required to maintain this certification which is a reliable measure of  the best informed professionals with adherence to the highest ethical standards.  This accreditation supports our individual and corporate commitment to excellence in the recruiting profession.
