Pathfinders has earned this distinction every year since the designation's inception, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in the recruiting profession.

HONORS
In 1991, the Georgia Association of Personnel Services developed the Million Dollar Hall of Fame awards for superior individual achievement by recruiters. Since that time, eight recruiters from Pathfinders have achieved this award. Pathfinders' Vice President, Gwen Hix, is a member of the elite Pinnacle Society comprised of the top recruiters in the United States and our President, Diane Post, was inducted into the National Association of Personnel Services Hall of Fame in 2005.
